Lucid Dreaming Workshop

On the occasion of the group exhibition -Memories from Tomorrow- at the Reykjanes Art Museum, artist Vikram Pradhan hosts a workshop on lucid dreaming this Saturday, March 26th, at 2pm - 3:30pm.

Lucid Dreaming is a matter of patience and habit. It is something that can be intriguing but is often misunderstood. One can learn how to lucid dream but it involves practice and training of the mind just like learning a new instrument.
In this workshop, you will be guided through the basic techniques for you to start lucid dreaming. We will discuss dreams in detail and figure out the various ways we can be lucid. You will hear about dream journals, dream signals and the practice of MILD.
This will be an open discussion within the group of what dreams mean to us and how each of us can be lucid.

Please bring a pen and paper/book to write down a few things through the workshop.
